Vision reports from the World Water Vision Unit and nearly forty other groups were presented and discussed at the Second World Water Forum and Ministerial Conference, in The Hague, the Netherlands.
The Forum was the largest international water policy gathering of its kind. More than 4,500 participants, 500 delegation members, 400 journalists and 118 ministers participated in the Forum and the parallel Ministerial Conference.
The results of the Vision exercise are being incorporated, through the Global Water Partnership, into the ongoing development of frameworks for action at the national level.
