For the final leg of the Volvo Ocean Race around the world, these sailing machines will be traveling through the inner Danish Waters en-route from Göteborg, Sweden to the finish line in Kiel, Germany.
Onboard the leading German entry Illbruck will be forecasts generated from DHIs new Water Forecast.
The forecast will provide the navigators and the skipper with state-of-the-art information on the current conditions to be expected, and thus provide important input to the tactical decisions onboard.
