Client confidence in DHI quality is now further supported by our most recent ISO certification.
In January 2012, DHI Denmark received the official “ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems” certificate by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). This certificate proves that our quality management system has been certified against the best practice standard and found compliant. The certification was facilitated by the development and implementation of the DHIbus - a new all electronic Business Management System. Moreover, it was supported by the set-up of efficient paperless production processes.
In an increasingly quality-conscious world, this certification clearly improves our competitive position and underlines our commitment to performance and effectiveness as well as client satisfaction. Clients can now rest even more assured that we’ll meet their expectations. 
Besides the delivery of consulting, research, software sales and support from DHI Denmark, the ISO 9001 quality certification includes the development of MIKE® by DHI and Solutions Software for DHI Group. After Denmark, the DHIbus is now being implemented all over the DHI Group over the next 2 to 3 years, starting in Sweden, India, Malaysia and Singapore.
Several DHI subsidiary companies are already certified according to e.g. quality (ISO 9001, ISO 17025), environment (ISO 14001) or health & safety (OHSAS 18001). With the certification of the DHIbus and its implementation, customers all over the world will gradually experience one common approach to quality, environmental and health & safety management in DHI Group.
